Welcome to the Homelessness section of the Rhode Island Foundation ARPA Grant, dedicated to offering crucial resources for children facing housing instability. We understand the pressing need to address these challenges with compassion and urgency, which is why we’ve carefully curated a range of provisions to provide stability and comfort.
Through this grant, eligible children can access the following essential resources:
- 🎒 Durable Duffle Bags: Offering a reliable means to carry belongings securely, these bags ensure that children’s possessions are safe and portable.
- 🧳 XL Black Storage Bags: Providing ample space for storing essentials, these bags offer practical storage solutions for children in transition.
- 🚗 $25 Uber Gift Cards: Facilitating transportation, these cards enable children to access necessary services and opportunities with ease.
- ❄️ Winter Athletic Wear: Available in sizes ranging from SM to XL, these clothing items offer warmth and comfort during the colder months, promoting physical well-being.
- 🧥 Warm Winter Coats: Available in sizes ranging from SM to XL for both women and men, these coats offer protection against the cold weather, ensuring that children stay warm and comfortable.
- 🧴 Hygiene Essentials: Each duffle bag will be stocked with essential hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and more, ensuring that children have access to basic necessities for personal care.
Volunteers can use the form below to indicate the specific needs of the children they support, ensuring that each child receives assistance to navigate through challenging circumstances and towards a brighter future.

To submit grant forms for consideration, please fill them out completely and accurately. Once completed, volunteers can either email them to friendsofricasa1978@gmail.com or mail them to Friends of RI CASA at PO Box 20059, Cranston, RI 02920.
